Did I say I hate snakes? Well I do! They give my ankles the heebie jeebies! I found a BIG black snake in the tractor shed last month. It had eaten at least one of my chicken eggs (you could see it in the body). Snakes also eat small birds. I found the snake above IN MY CHICKEN HOUSE EATING AN EGG IN THE NEST. Yuck! I have plenty of small chicks now that he shouldn’t eat! I know you shouldn’t kill black snakes. They also keep the rodent population down but today, I didn’t have my snake wranglers. Today I killed this snake. The snake last month was lucky enough to have Steve and Mike relocate him far, far away. Snakes, be warned. The men in my house will relocate you. Me, I will kill you. That’s the way it is.
