Beer Can Chicken
Ever made Beer Can Chicken? Me either. I know! With all the chicken I fix, how can I not have ever made this recipe? I usually rotisserie chicken but that will be another post. Well, this weekend, I think I’ll give it a try. And I think I’ll try this recipe.
I mean, how hard can it be? Basically take a whole chicken, season the skin, place chicken over about half a can of good beer and cook over indirect heat for about 1 1/2 hours until done.
Got any good tips for me?
