Well, if you are keeping up with us, you know that MooCow had 2 babies yesterday around 5:30 PM. We knew 2 was a possibility, but for a first kidding, often goats only have one. We were expecting 1 ! After the first kidding, does can have 2, 3, even 4 kids at once. I’ve even heard of 5 and 6 at once, but that’s rare.
Momma took her babies out of the shed today. They are having a great time bouncing around in the field, but never too far from Momma. She’s a really good Momma.
